Jasmine , known for its warm, exotic floral aroma. Jasminum officinalis is the botanical name of this herbal plant, but it is more commonly known as Jasmine. The term Jasmine has been derived from 'yasmin', a Persian word which is used to refer to an aphrodisiac. However, the Indians and Chinese have more often used the Jasmine essential oil for medicinal purposes.*
Jasmine 10% is a powerful blend made with 100% pure, therapeutic Youngevity Essential Oils. This blend contains: Jasmine (Jasminum Sanbac) and Jojoba.
Jasmine is known first and foremost as an aphrodisiac oil. However, as with most oils, they have many uses and Jasmine is no different. Some of its known uses have been for muscle spasms, easing the struggles of childbirth, apathy, depression and as a general mood enhancer.
Safety Notes: Non-toxic, non-irritating and generally non-sensitizing. May produce allergic reaction in some. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or while breast feeding. Due to solvent extraction, it should never be taken internally.
